Who We Are

Hello and welcome to Diversity Solutions Marketing.  We are provide marketing solutions to small businesses.

 

Stephanie Franco - Diversity Solutions MarketingOur founder, Stephanie Franco is a Small Business Marketing Coach, Speaker, and Blogger at Diversity Solutions Marketing and Outgoing Lady.

She has her MBA in Management from Texas Woman’s University and a B.S.B.A. in Corporate Communications from Hawaii Pacific University.

She believes in supporting the growth of entrepreneurs in all aspects of their business and is a big advocate for goal setting. She is originally from Hawaii and currently resides in Texas with her family.

She has worked in the public, private, government and non-profit sector and also spent a year teaching English in South Korea. Besides travelling, her passion has always been in Marketing and Public Relations and she’ll be the first one to tell you how much she loves to speak.

She is very active in the networking community and belongs to several groups including DFW Women In Media Marketing Initiative (WIMMI), the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) and is the President of the Mom-E Club Plano, Texas Chapter.
